Short version: we collect what we need to quote your job and call you back. We don’t sell it, we don’t track you around the internet, and we strip the location data out of your photos before storing them.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form:
- Your name and phone number. Required — we can’t quote a job we can’t ask questions about.
- Your email and service address. Optional. The address helps us work out travel and scope.
- The services you select and the description you write.
- Your preferred day and time window.
- Any photos you attach.
- Your browser’s user-agent string — kept only to help identify automated spam submissions.
Your photos
Phone cameras embed hidden data in photos, often including the GPS coordinates of where the picture was taken. For a photo of your own house, that is your home address.
We remove it. Every uploaded image is re-encoded on arrival and the original file is never written to disk. That process discards all embedded metadata — GPS position, camera make and model, timestamps. We keep the picture, not where it was taken.
Stored photos are not public. They are not reachable by guessing a web address; they can only be opened by a signed-in member of our team.
What we don’t do
- No advertising or analytics trackers. There are no third-party scripts on this site, so nothing follows you to other websites.
- No cookies for visitors. The only cookie this site sets is a login session for our own staff on the admin pages. Browsing the public site sets nothing.
- No IP address logging against your request. We do not store one.
- No selling or sharing your details. Not to marketers, not to lead brokers, not to anyone.
Who can see it
Your request is visible to Wonderboy Landscaping LLC staff through a password-protected admin page. The site is hosted and maintained on our behalf by LoneKirov LLC, who can necessarily access the server as part of keeping it running.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and their photos are kept while they are useful — to quote the work, to do the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you want your request and photos deleted, call us on 480-543-8107 and quote your reference number and we’ll remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 480-543-8107.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The admin area is password protected and sessions expire. No system is perfect, but we have deliberately kept the amount of personal data here to the minimum needed to quote a landscaping job.
Changes
If what we do changes, this page changes with it. Last updated October 2026.
